Dierks Bentley “Gone”

In Oct I worked on a music video with 6 amazing directors creating scenes inspired by some of Dierks Bentley’s favorite shows like The Office, MacGyver, Game of Thrones, and Full House. In the music video “Gone” in Dierks words “It just always ends poorly for me in this video.” I had so much fun transforming the actors into their characters for this video. My favorite was the glam for the heartbreak hotel scene.

This day was filled with Cowboys, a Fabio perfume ad, a Foxy Brown knockout, office characters and a few more scenes. The challenging part was that 1-2 directors were shooting at the same time so a few characters were all needed at the same time.

Two things that helped me through this day were my organization and wigs. I had inspiration photos and what I needed for each character separated by scenes in the order that we shot. By using wigs and extensions I was easily able to prestyle the wigs switching the actors for their characters.

The music video Gone was made with the who’s who in Nashville production. I was super proud to be apart of it.
